Do you have a favorite critter in your life? To celebrate St. Francis’s feast day, we offer an animal or pet blessing. Join us for our Blessing of the Animals!
Pet Blessing Details
All well-behaved animals (same for their humans) are welcome to this service regardless of their religious affiliations or that of their humans.
Your critter can be stuffed, plastic, or pretend; you can bring or send a photo.
Date & Location
- Join us on October 6, 2024, at 11 a.m. outside the front doors by the sign.
- We are located at 216 E Chandler Blvd, Burlington, Wisconsin.
- For this service, we will meet outside at the front of the church by the church sign.
If it rains, we will move things inside for those who can or are willing to go inside.
What if you or your critter cannot attend the Pet Blessing?
If you or your critter cannot attend, we can still bless your creature!
For those who cannot attend, email us a photo of our loved critter. During the service, someone will hold the image of your pet, and we will bless that way. If your pet cannot join the service but you can, a picture can work in that case, too. We will try to video the event so you can watch it later.
