Pet Blessing or Blessing of the Animals 2025

Do you have a favorite pet in your life? To celebrate St. Francis’s feast day, we offer a blessing for animals and pets.

Pet Blessing Details

All well-behaved animals (and their humans) are welcome to this service, regardless of their religious affiliations or those of their owners.

• Your critter can be:
  • Scaly
  • Fethery
  • Furry
  • Whatever
  • Even stuffed, plastic, or pretend
  • You can bring or send a photo if that works best

Date & Location

• Join us on October 5, 2025, at 11 a.m. outside the front doors by the sign.
• We are located at 216 E Chandler Blvd, Burlington, Wisconsin.
• For this service, we will meet outside at the front of the church by the church sign.

If it rains, we will move things inside for those critters who can or are willing to go inside.

What if you or your critter cannot attend the Pet Blessing?

If you or your critter cannot attend, we can still bless your creature!

For those who cannot attend, email us a photo of our loved critter.

During the service, someone will hold the image of your pet, and we will bless it that way. We will try to video the event so you can watch it later.
